Delivery & Shipping

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, and often the same day depending on the time your order is placed.

Our Free Standard Delivery is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Royal Mail’s aim is typically 2–3 working days, but this service is not tracked and, in our experience, deliveries can sometimes take up to a week (or occasionally longer).

If you need your order sooner, we recommend upgrading at checkout to a 24-hour or 48-hour service. These options are faster and include tracking (additional charges apply).

International orders are sent using a tracked service. Delivery is typically around 12 working days, depending on where in the world you live, and may also vary due to local postal services and customs processing.

We previously offered a cheaper untracked option, but we found deliveries often took too long and there was no tracking, so we now use tracked shipping for a more reliable service.
