This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds work at cardsinspired.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you need help with an order, please contact us at mail@cardsinspired.co.uk.
1) Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us right away.
You can:
- cancel via your user dashboard (if you have an account), or
- email us at mail@cardsinspired.co.uk (please include your order number).
Important: It’s best to cancel before we dispatch your order. If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to return it to us and pay the return postage before we can issue a refund (see section 2).
2) Returns (after dispatch)
If your order has already been dispatched and is eligible for return:
- return postage is paid by the customer, and
- items should be returned unused and in original condition/packaging where possible.
Please contact us first so we can confirm the return instructions.
3) Digital items (downloads)
We cannot refund digital products (downloads) once they have been supplied.
If you have trouble accessing a download or believe the file is faulty, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
4) Lost in the post / not delivered
If your order is lost in the post, we will arrange a refund (or replacement where appropriate).
UK Free Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class – untracked)
Our free standard service is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class (no tracking). While delivery is often 2–3 working days, we find it is common for delivery to take up to a week and sometimes longer.
For this service, please allow 10 working days after dispatch before reporting your order as missing. If it still hasn’t arrived after that time, contact us and we’ll investigate and arrange a refund or replacement if needed.
Tip: If you need something by a specific date, we recommend ordering in advance or selecting a faster tracked service at checkout in the future to reduce delays.
5) Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at mail@cardsinspired.co.uk as soon as possible with:
- your order number, and
- a photo showing the damage (we may require this as proof).
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund and may not require you to return the item.
6) Refunds
- We send refunds as soon as possible once a refund has been approved (for example, after a cancellation is confirmed, or once we receive/assess a returned item if a return is required).
- Refunds are made to the original payment method (Stripe/PayPal).
