Can I cancel my order? +
Yes — please contact us right away to cancel. You can cancel via your user dashboard (if you have an account) or email us at mail@cardsinspired.co.uk
. It’s best to cancel before we dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to return it and pay return postage to receive a refund.
How quickly do you dispatch orders? +
We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days. Often we dispatch the same day, depending on what time you place your order.
Do you offer personalised items? +
Yes — we sell personalised and non-personalised items. Please double-check spelling, names, dates, and any custom text before placing your order.
What is your free UK delivery service? +
Royal Mail often aims for 2–3 working days, but we find it’s common for delivery to take up to a week, and sometimes longer with the free (untracked) option.
Can I upgrade delivery? +
Yes. We recommend upgrading at checkout to 24-hour or 48-hour services for an extra charge. These options are quicker and include tracking.
My UK order hasn’t arrived — what should I do? +
If you selected Free Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class – untracked), please allow 10 working days after dispatch before reporting it as missing. If it still hasn’t arrived after that, contact us at mail@cardsinspired.co.uk and we’ll help.
Do you ship internationally? +
International delivery is typically around 12 working days, depending on where in the world you live. All international orders are sent using a tracked service.
Why is international shipping tracked only? +
We previously used a cheaper untracked service, but items were taking too long and there was no tracking. We now use tracked shipping for a more reliable delivery experience.
Who pays for return postage? +
For returns after dispatch, the customer pays return postage.
What if my item arrives damaged? +
Please contact us as soon as possible at mail@cardsinspired.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damage (we may require this as proof). In some cases, we may not require you to return the item.
What if my order is lost in the post? +
If your order is confirmed as lost, we will issue a refund (or replacement where appropriate). For UK free standard (untracked) orders, please allow 10 working days after dispatch before reporting it as missing.
How quickly will I receive my refund? +
We send refunds as soon as possible once approved, back to your original payment method (Stripe/PayPal). Your bank/PayPal may take a short time to show the funds.
Can I get a refund on digital downloads? +
No — we can’t refund digital items (downloads) once they’ve been supplied. If you have trouble accessing your download, contact us and we’ll help.
How can I pay? +
We currently accept payments via Stripe which supports most payment methods.
How do I contact you? +
