At last — we have a website!
Welcome to the official online home of Cards Inspired at cardsinspired.co.uk. We’ve wanted this for a long time, and we’re so happy it’s finally live. Whether you’re popping in for a quick card or browsing for something a bit more special, we hope you’ll find it easy, friendly, and full of lovely designs.
Why we made the website
We still sell on Etsy, eBay, and other marketplaces — and we’re grateful for every order we get there. But as many people know, marketplaces charge fees (eBay fees in particular can add up), and that affects pricing.
By shopping directly on our own website, customers can often get a better deal, because we can keep prices more competitive when we’re not paying the same marketplace costs. It also helps support our small business more directly — and it lets us offer a smoother shopping experience.

Dispatch & Delivery (what to expect)
UK orders
We aim to dispatch in 1–2 working days, and often the same day depending on the time you order.
Our Free Standard UK delivery is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class (untracked). It’s usually 2–3 working days, but we’ve found it’s quite common for delivery to take up to a week (and sometimes longer) these days.
If you need it sooner, we recommend upgrading at checkout to 24/48-hour services for an extra charge — they’re quicker and include tracking.
International orders
We ship internationally too! International orders are sent using a tracked service and usually take around 12 working days, depending on where in the world you live.
We used to offer a cheaper untracked option, but found parcels were taking too long and there was no tracking — so tracked shipping is now our standard.
Returns & refunds (quick notes)
If you need to cancel an order, please do it as soon as possible — ideally before dispatch. You can cancel via your dashboard (if you have an account) or email us.
- If an item arrives damaged, we may ask for a photo and may not always require you to return it.
- If an item is lost in the post, we will refund (for UK free delivery please allow 10 working days after dispatch before reporting it missing).
- Digital downloads can’t be refunded once supplied.
